My journey started back when I was just 12 years old, working with my dad building houses. I learned a lot about construction, but I quickly realized that my passion didn’t lie in homebuilding – it was in the dirt work side of things. The process of shaping the land, leveling a site, and creating the foundation for something new felt like the perfect fit for me.

After years of working in the field, I took the leap to start Big Lake Contracting. I bought a small skid steer and dump truck and began focusing on the work that truly excited me. Over the years, I’ve built a company that puts people first. I know what it feels like to be uncertain about your project or overwhelmed by the unknowns of construction.
